| Club's Description: | Communion is the first & only night of its genre in all of Delaware, launching in September 2005. We are typically on the last Sunday of every month, sometimes changing during the holidays. The art opening & dinner are from 7-9 p.m., featuring a different regional artist every month. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere to mingle before you party, just want to check out the art or want to make it an early night. After 9, the music goes up, lights go down and the party begins! We spin 80s + new wave + goth + glam + synthpop + rock + industrial + punk + electroclash + indie rock + brit pop + more The Red Room features red velvet plush seating, soft lighting, art gallery wall, updated dance floor, new stage, and impeccable staff. The Red Room is part of the Kahunaville entertainment complex, home of the infamous Big Kahuna. Located on Wilmington's Riverfront, it is right off I-95 and adjacent to Frawley Stadium. You can't miss the giant volcano! And we're only 25-30 minutes south of Philadelphia, about 90 minutes north of Baltimore and two hours from DC. It's easy to locate by car and there is plenty of free, well-lit parking directly in front of the club. BY CAR From Philadelphia & Points North of Wilmington: Take 95 South into Delaware Take Exit 6, Martin Luther King Blvd. Go 4 lights and make a left, this is MLKB Go 3 lights and make a right, this is South Madison St. Kahunaville is 1/4 of a mile down on your left From South of Wilmington: Take 95 North Take Exit 6, Martin Luther King Boulevard At the bottom of the ramp bear right Take a right onto S.Madison St. (follow the signs) Kahunaville is 1/4 of a mile down on your left BY TRAIN: We are within walking distance of the Wilmington train station.
