| Club's Description: | Quite possibly the longest-running goth night anywhere. The crowd seem to take more than just a passing interest in the music & love to dance. Expect to hear a mix of goth, dark indie, industrial, deathrock, post-punk, ebm, darkwave, new wave, & ethereal, old & new (but the DJ personally prefers the newer stuff!) Friendly people in general, with a DJ who is happy to take requests & information regarding new music. Release parties with giveaways for new cds each month. |

Bottom Lounge is located 2 doors north of Belmont Ave, just 1/2 block east of the Belmont stop of the Red Line "el" train, one block west of Clark St. There are city busses which runs on Belmont Ave. and also on Clark St. Taxis are easily hailed on the street throughout the evening. |
